If your equipment is defective or does not meet your technical specifications, we provide a streamlined exchange or refund process to minimize downtime.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Return Request
Contact our technical support team via email or phone with your order number and the serial number of the hardware to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Your Equipment
Securely pack the items in their original anti-static packaging and shipping boxes, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship to Our Facility
Clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the package and ship the items to our Sydney distribution center using a tracked and insured courier service.
- 4.Inspection and Resolution
Once our engineers verify the hardware condition and serial numbers, we will process your replacement unit shipment or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
